This chapter was revealed in Mecca and consists of 28 verses. The chapter narrates the story of a group of jinn who listened to the Qur’an, believed in it, and accepted its precepts. The story is used to affirm the mission of the Prophet, God’s oneness as a Lord, and the hereafter. The chapter’s content shows that it is Meccan.
